Morepurpose ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you visit morepurpose.co, subscribe to our emails or texts, shop our store, give, or attend our events — and what we do with it.

• Contact information — your name, email address, and mobile phone number when you subscribe to our list, sign up for texts, place an order, register for an event, or contact us.
• Order information — shipping address, order contents, and order history when you buy merchandise.
• Donation information — the amount and date of your gift, and the name and contact details you provide.
• Messages you send us — including replies to our text messages and emails you send to info@morepurpose.co.
We do not collect or store full payment card numbers. Payments are handled directly by our third-party payment processors.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may collect your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring site, and general location (city or region level), using cookies and similar technologies.
If you open our emails or click links in our emails and texts, we may record that so we can understand what's useful to send.

We use what we collect to:

• Fulfill merchandise orders and process donations

If you opt in to our text program, we use your mobile number to send the messages described in our Terms of Service (https://morepurpose.co/terms).
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile opt-in information or phone numbers with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Phone numbers collected for text messaging are used solely to deliver our own messages to you, and are shared only with the service providers that make that delivery possible.

Service providers. We work with companies that operate parts of our business on our behalf — our email and SMS platform (Klaviyo), payment processors, our website host, shipping and fulfillment partners, and analytics providers. They may only use your information to perform services for us.
Legal reasons. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or court order, or where we believe in good faith it is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
Business changes. If Morepurpose is involved in a merger, acquisition, or transfer of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
We do not sell your personal information.

We use cookies to keep the Site functioning, remember your preferences, and understand how the Site is used. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. Turning cookies off may affect how parts of the Site work.

Depending on where you live — including Virginia, California, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws — you may have additional rights, such as the right to know what we collect, the right to opt out of targeted advertising, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We honor these requests regardless of your state of residence.
7. Data Retention
We keep your information for as long as you remain subscribed or as long as needed for the purposes described here, and afterward only as required for legal, tax, or recordkeeping obligations. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, and we rely on established providers who do the same. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children's Privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact info@morepurpose.co and we will delete it.
