Welcome to Morepurpose. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of morepurpose.co (the "Site"), our text message program, our online store, and any related services we offer (together, the "Services"). Morepurpose ("we," "us," or "our") is operated from 1404 Georgia Ave, Richmond, Virginia 23220.
By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Who We Are
Morepurpose is a podcast and ministry hosted by Clarence and Marlon Sellers. We publish episodes, sell merchandise, host events, and accept donations in support of our mission.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site. You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to make a purchase, make a donation, or subscribe to our text message program.
3. Text Message Program
Program description
By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Morepurpose — including new episode announcements, event information, merchandise drops, and ministry updates — at the mobile number you provide. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or donation.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies. You can generally expect fewer than 10 messages per month.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. These charges come from your mobile carrier, not from us, and are your responsibility. Check with your carrier about your plan.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. After you send STOP, we will send you one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. After that you will no longer receive text messages from us unless you opt in again.

Supported carriers
Our text program is available on major U.S. and Canadian mobile carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Carrier support may change without notice.
Delivery
We cannot guarantee that every message will be delivered. Delivery depends on your carrier, your device, your service coverage, and factors outside our control.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide a mobile number that you own or are authorized to use, and to notify us if that number is reassigned or no longer yours. You may notify us by replying STOP or by emailing info@morepurpose.co.
Privacy
Information you share with us through the text program is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share mobile opt-in information or phone numbers with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.
4. Email Communications
If you subscribe to our email list, you will receive updates about episodes, events, merchandise, and ministry news. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email info@morepurpose.co to be removed.
5. Store and Purchases
Merchandise orders are subject to availability. We do our best to describe products and display prices accurately, but errors happen; we reserve the right to correct any error and to cancel an order affected by one, including after an order is submitted. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.
Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. We do not store your full payment card information. Your use of those processors is subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
Shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier receives the package.
6. Donations
Donations made through the Site support the ongoing work of Morepurpose. Unless we state otherwise in writing at the time of your gift, donations are non-refundable and are not earmarked for a specific purpose. If you believe a donation was made in error, contact us at info@morepurpose.co and we will review the circumstances in good faith.
Please consult your own tax advisor regarding the deductibility of any contribution.
7. Events
Event details, including dates, locations, and participants, may change. Ticketing, refunds, and admission are subject to any additional terms presented at the time of registration.
8. Intellectual Property
The content we publish — including episodes, audio, video, artwork, logos, and written material — belongs to Morepurpose or is used with permission. You may share and link to our content for personal, non-commercial purposes with attribution. You may not reproduce, sell, or redistribute our content commercially, or use our name or logo to imply endorsement, without our written permission.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Services to break the law, harass others, interfere with the Site's operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or scrape or harvest data from the Site through automated means.
10. Third-Party Links
The Site may link to sites and services we do not operate. We are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices.
11. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Our content is offered for spiritual encouragement, education, and general information. It is not professional advice. Nothing we publish is a substitute for medical, mental health, legal, or financial guidance from a qualified professional. If you are in crisis, please contact a licensed professional or emergency services.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Morepurpose and its hosts, staff, and volunteers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the six months before the claim arose, or $100, whichever is greater.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Morepurpose and its hosts, staff, and volunteers from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Virginia, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Material changes will be announced on the Site. Continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
